They are very rude and patronizing
My teenager needed labs drawn. I made an appt here instead of driving all the way to CHOA. It was easy to make an appt online. We got there about 5 minutes early for our appt and we walked right in! No wait at all! The lady at the front desk was so kind to us and the phlebotomist was equally kind. She put my daugher at ease and distracted her by talking about her interests. All said & done, we were there about 10 minutes. We will definitely use this location again!
I have debilitating anxiety about needles. These ladies were amazing. Before I could even hyperventilate the blood draw was over. FINALLY found a place to go when needing blood work done. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
This is the absolute best lab I have ever been to. Make and apt and check in digitally and you are in there only about 5min, and the staff is the best with pain-free and fast blood work.
Came in at 11:53 am to double check if paperwork was submitted. But the receptionist stated they were done until 1pm. She was very rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious. Didn't welcome us or ask what we needed. Get your blood work done somewhere else
