The ladies at this location are the best. From check in to sitting for an hour to wait (gestational diabetes test) to getting my blood drawn, they were so professional, sweet, and did their jobs well. They checked me in promptly, explained how the test would work, checked on me many times throughout the hour I had to sit, and as soon as my hour was up got me to the back & took my blood so quick! I didn’t even feel it! I would definitely return in the future.
I took my 4 year old and I was pretty nervous… the ladies at Labcorp treated her so well and were so gentle with her! Very clean, kind and fast, thank you so much!
In and out with no problem. I did make an appointment ahead of time on line. When I went in to my appointed time of 2:30 there was no one else waiting. I was not expecting such a small office. The previous Labcorps I have been to are much larger. For that reason I would suggest making an appointment for this location. The staff was friendly and efficient. From check in to out the door was less than 5 minutes.
The Ladies at Monroe LabCorp are wonderful. I never get a hematoma from the needle stick. Thank you all.
These ladies do a great job. I noticed some low-star reviews mentioning they were “rude” when someone walked in just minutes before their lunch break. While I doubt they were intentionally rude, I can understand if they seemed a bit frustrated—after all, they have a very limited window to grab a bite to eat before diving back into a busy, often hectic schedule.
