My Phlibotomist was probably one of the best I have ever had. She was so smooth, I didn't know she had even finished. Never had anyone this good.

I filed a complaint about Labcorp in Arlington, TX They generally, often focus on poor customer service (rude staff, unhelpful staff, long waits, disrespect for patients), for example, I went in at 11:00 am signed in and waited for a while then got call in Barbara asking the other staff “Did you check his order? I had to come in and get a lactose intolerance test (basically get poked 5 times within 2 hours) and I have the absolute worst veins. It took a couple tries once we got to poke 3 and I ended up getting lightheaded and dizzy. The staff was so amazing and took me to lie down, got me some ice packs and water. I completely understand why it was difficult for them to hit my veins but they were very accommodating. All of them were so friendly too! Literally four workers doing nothing and on their phones! I’m glad they have fun at work, but patient care and privacy is not their top priority. I noticed three employees on their phones with gloves on and not helping patients. Ms. Linda interrupted my appointment to share horrible perfume samples with the tech checking me in. I now get to leave with a headache. When I was leaving another worker was on his phone, picking his nose at the check in desk.
