I would like information on how to log a formal complaint against one of your employees at location 2416 Colony Crossing Place, Midlothian, VA 23112. I went to this location today to get blood drawn for my 3yr old daughter. Out of respect I will refer to the employee as initials C.O. Upon arrival employee C.O. RecommendedHad to get some blood work done, but had to leave twice. After waiting there for 30-45miniutes both mornings decided to leave. Many people were before me. Mathew at this location is amazing!! He was kind, sweet, and had so much patience with my scared 6 year old. He turned something frightening like getting blood drawn into a fun experience for my child.
Kudos to Matthew who works here...He was able to find the vein in my left arm and draw from it. NO ONE has ever been able to find it--I have always had to get blood drawn from my right arm. I highly recommend this location because Matthew is awesome!
Matthew who works here is awesome! He is a master and finding unfindable veins...no one has ever been able to pull blood from my left arm, or even find the vein for that matter...He got it first try and very quickly! I highly recommend this location and ask for Matthew! :)
No finger pricks here! Only blood draws!
