There is no customer service line for reporting issues After reading just a few of the reviews, the 3 star rating seems justified. The reason I wanted to speak to someone in corporate is because of how my personal information was handled. I noticed some of it was incorrect and no one seems to know how to correct it. The manager of that particular location acts like he's overwhelmed work-wise. As of this writing, I am waiting for calls from the office, and the manager. 5/23/25 They hemolyzed my blood. I paid and only got half my lab results even though they drew 15 vials. Most of my labs came back inconclusive due to hemolyzed blood or an error on their end. I had to call my doctor get another order go again on 7/11/25 to another labcorp location and this time they charged me again and they “lost my blood” they can’t find my blood from 7/11/25 and I paid again.
