I have been unable to obtain important lab results for the past month. I requested the results at the time of the appointment. I was told it takes a few weeks. When I went back for the 2nd set of bloodwork 2 weeks later I inquired about the first set. They said it takes a really long time. I am still waiting after 2 months. The website does not have contact info. the phone no, for the facility on the internet was never answered. POOR follow up SERVICE!!!! Shel W
