The person drawing my blood was not professional at all. When I thought she called my name she did not do a porter-call she did not ask my name,telephone number, date birth or address, she just assumed i was the correct person. After drawing blood she shows me 1 tube of blood taking, but the name on the tube was not mine. They needed 2 tube for me, so she did a contaminated transfer to another tube to make 2 tubes of needed blood. This was very uncalled for and un-safe. The lady at the front desk has a very nasty attitude and needs to learn how to talk to patients. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, the lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me I needed to call a number and order my test or she can’t do anything for me. When I asked a question about the test ordered, she dismissed me and told me she couldn’t help me unless I called the number first. Never coming back to this location
The people were very nice, but the appointment system is needs improvement. Why have an appointment slot if youre slotted behind walk ins. They were busy with about 7-8 walk ins along with 2-3 appointments. My name was on top with a green A beside it and i still waited for all the walk ins to clear. I dont mind waiting but dont offer appointments if theres no such thing.
