5/9/26 5pm: This is an employee in a company vehicle (see photos) who is so consumed in his phone that he barely got stopped for the red light and when the light had been green for well over five seconds before he realized it and took off. He still didn’t put the phone down once he took off. He just looked back down at whatever he was watching. Very unsafe and not smart to do any vehicle, much less and work vehicle. I highly recommend this Labcorp location. It is very clean. The staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My technician was Megan. She did a wonderful job of drawing my blood. I have very poor veins and I explained to her where would be the best place to get the blood. She listened and answered all my questions. Then....the big stick...and I did not feel a thing. She got blood where nobody else has been able to. I was so happy that it worked and did not hurt. I highly recommend this location! Keep up the great job!!!
How does this LabCorp justify only accepting customers for collection only 4 hours (9-11a & 1-3pm) out of an 8 hour business day ??? That is the stupidest & most inconsiderate business decision that I have ever heard of. The public / job seekers need more convenient hours of collection. The website says no appointment needed which is extremely misleading b/c how is a reasonable person to assume that they can only get service for 2 hours in morning & 2 hours in early afternoon. Ms. Lisa was amazing—so kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She guided me through check-in and made the whole process smooth. I was in and out in about 10–15 minutes. The waiting area and bathroom were clean and well-kept. Great experience!
