The person working the desk began by lecturing and arguing with me over something I have no control over (the type of test my doctor requested). She was going to send me back to my doctor (why??), but my doctor wrote out everything we needed, so I said this seemed like a communication/technology issue between LabCorp and my doctor’s office, which isn’t something I can do anything about.
