Tried to call to find the location. Sat on hold for 60 seconds or less, sent to voicemail and was hung up on in the middle of my voicemail. No idea how that even happens these days. Just trying to figure out where yall are and really dont want to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my disabilities, if I dont have to. Showed up and there was a closed sign on the door that had been there a couple of days. However I was able to make an appointment. No customer service at this place!
Despite the other reviews I had a wonderful experience here! Super friendly staff and extremely quick! I was in and out in under 15 minutes from checkin to blood draw.
