Blood test fine, great a d all the above, BUT, I was sent home to do another test. They explained the procedure to me and I told them that I hope I remembered the instructions since I coul not do the for at least 3 weeks.. Well when I got back of course I wasn't sure what to do. Since there was no instructions in the bag, I called 3 times. Once I talked to person but got cut of, next I cal 4 differant times left messages. And no reply. What an ordeal over the passed week Never again
My husband needed some blood work done after seeing the Dr and with no appointment we decided to just walk in to labcore and while i was sitting and waiting in lobby mann I must say kudos to you labcore staff 👏 the way the front end and the staff in the back kept calling people back like if they had some quota to meet 👏 😀 man they cleared that lobby so quick!!!!
Despite all other reviews, I had a really good experience. The gal that assisted me at the reception desk was very kind and allowed me to check in early and just wait until 9:00AM when pre-employment drug screening started. My wait wasn't long after she took my paperwork. My collector was Marissa R. who was absolutely wonderful. She helped make a generally tedious and uncomfortable process easy. I was in and out rather fast, so that was really nice.
Do not come here. It isn’t possible to go to a more poorly operated business. Made my appointment two weeks ago. I checked in early and I still had to wait an hour to get blood work done. Not to mention terrible customer service.
