Noone ever answers the phone or returns your calls!!
First of all the labcorp app is a wonderful and easy to use tool everyone should use. Remote check in is so nice. I never have to wait long and they are always able to draw on the first stick. Always a pleasant experience!
Disappointed to find out, after my blood was drawn, that the technician had not been vaccinated, boyfriend had Covid, she was proud that she didn't get it...when I mentioned she may be a carrier...she shrugged her shoulders and told me to have a nice day.
I just had my blood drawn. I have tough, small and rolly veins. The ladies who drew my blood did excellent. They were very patient and compassionate. It didn't hurt a bit. Thank you Labcorp!
Waited 30 minutes with zero patients in front of me. I find that very unprofessional for medical professionals.
