Not really sure why there's one person up front AND doing the testing. She as well as other customer's are frustrated because she's alone. Waited 30 minutes for a urine test. The employee was extremely kind though. I hope her days get better! Her being alone isn't good for anyone.
This place is awful! Dirty, clock still not changed to correct time, some cheap, lame machine to check in with. It doesn't work right, so then the lady working the desk gets to work twice as hard to check you in as well as answer phones. I think she's also doing the lab work!
They were extremely rude and disinterested in helping at all. Then when I told them the test I needed they had no idea what it was. Then proceeded to tell me I didn't need the other tests ordered. They never said when the results would be available because they weren't sure what or the test should be done but took a blood sample because they'd probably need that. 3 days later I haven't heard anything back and I'm unsure if I ever will.
On hold for almost 30 minutes just to answer one question🤓🤷♂️
Jaime was very kind, professional, and efficient. In and out in about 10 min.
