There customer service is terrible. The lab tech was very rude. These people do not need to work with people. There have no people skill.
Horrible. Over an hour wait for fasting labs. Had no consideration for the fact that people were fasting, getting nauseated, going to pass out because of the extended wait times. Rude. Zero front desk staff to assist with check ins and paperwork. Couldn’t find my order. Can’t take phone calls to see if an order was received prior to waiting an hour. Ridiculous.
what a joke. the lady was rude as hell and almost didn't take the specimen I dropped off. I hope I never have to go back.
I had a confirmed appointment today. When I arrived, the lab was closed. On the door was a one line note advising people that the location was closed today. Even though Labcorp had my contact information, no effort was made to reach me. A complete waste of my time, and very unprofessional.
I’ve been waiting for 45 mins for a simple blood draw. There is apparently only ONE woman who is checking in everyone as well as doing blood draws. She can’t even locate collections bags. Not only have I been waiting an unreasonable amount of time, the office is not set up to do social distancing. There are 10 people basically stacked in here. They don’t make it easy to find lab results I’ve tried five times I’m 67 I don’t know how to do it I asked them to mail me yet and I have not got it mailed to me
Don't hire racist. Check the review for LabCorp lawrenceville nj on Google and take some action. Also if you hire paid people to give good reviews at least ask them to post different sentences when giving feedback....😆😆

This has been one of the best LabCorp locations that I had the pleasure of dealing with. located 241 S 6th St # 120, Philadelphia, PA 19106 in Center City Philadelphia. I had a appointment for 9:45 but was able to arrive earlier and they moved my appointment up to 9:30. The gentleman that was working the desk was a pleasure to deal with.
