Does surprise billing for blood work done through a doctors office so then when healthcare premiums go up because of Washington and you have to get a private lab done that’s super important because your regular appointment is too expensive, they can deny you service and have their customer service lady on the phone be useless and rude. Polite, friendly, helpful and very careful with taking my blood.
Horrible experience. The opening hours are listed at 8 AM. But I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and they’re still have not shown up. The surgery centre across the office mentioned that they’re horrible about on time opening. “You might wait for 5 mins, you might wait for an hour”
Too bad zero isn't an option.
I have been here several times and they are extremely rude, incompetent, and lack compassion for people who are suffering from serious illness. Cancer already sucks, and sucky people just add to the suck! Avoid this place if possible!
