I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place it's strange I went in yesterday for blood work signing in was super easy and I didn't have to wait I was even able to get blood drawn sooner than my appointment time. The lady that did it was super nice and fast Hopefully this review helps someone who is looking.
I read the reviews before heading over to this location and was expecting the worst experience ever. However, this was the most professional and swift experience I've ever had at a lab. Shyreeta greeted me within 10 minutes of my arrival, even with 3 folks ahead of me. She was very professional and had a great attitude. My experience contrasts greatly against the majority of reviews on this location and I believe it only fair to share this with others who may be expecting the worst. This was a pleasant experience.
Was a bit skeptical after reading all the bad reviews before I came, but I had a seamless experience. I booked online for a slot just 30 minutes later, was there earlier, so they called me in earlier. Registration was easy and quick. The nurse taking my blood was very friendly.
Terrible communication. Always a very long wait even with an appointment. There is no one at the desk to give customer service, there is a kiosk that does not operate correctly. HORRIBLE in every way!
