Was a bit skeptical after reading all the bad reviews before I came, but I had a seamless experience. I booked online for a slot just 30 minutes later, was there earlier, so they called me in earlier. Registration was easy and quick. The nurse taking my blood was very friendly.
Terrible communication. Always a very long wait even with an appointment. There is no one at the desk to give customer service, there is a kiosk that does not operate correctly. HORRIBLE in every way!
Extremely unsafe and unprofessional….do not go here…
I just called to ask a question about do they do DNA tests and the woman that answered the phone was so rude and nasty when I asked how much do they cost I just hung up
They are rude and will not let you make an appointment and they say they are too busy to walk in
