Tiny waiting room, rude employees, especially the older employee upfront with blonde hair. When my insurance wasn’t registering, she simply said “don’t blame me if you get a bill”.. definitely not returning to this location
I was surprised by the amount of negative reviews here. While the lab was busy, it was apparent all the staff were working hard to accommodate us. Front desk were friendly and helped us sort a few things. While we waited for a while, thanks to Diana, she made the whole experience better. She was very gentle and kind while drawing blood from my elderly mother. This place has been welcoming for my mother and I.
Dalana could not find my vein, she was shaking when pulling the needle out, it hurt really bad and she never apologized for what she did! I will not be going back to this location because of her lack of professionalism. Prior to today's appointment, the service and staff were nice.
Everybody is wonderful here, but you need more people. The waiting room is so full.People are standing in the hallway. This is the fault of their corporate.
