I need a customer service to give me a call , my specialist is waiting on lab work results they didn’t send all. This is irritating please help
Been here more than once the first time it was okay, it’s really just the lines but honestly in my opinion it moves very fast. this second time that i went it was way better i got the phlebotomist Rebecca, she was so sweet, very communicative, and very professional as well, The next time i go back i will be asking for her only!
I was skeptical based on other reviews but I had an excellent experience. I went in for drug testing. I initially went in about 7:30am checked in and was scheduled to come back at 12pm. Was promptly called to the back once the door opened at 12pm. The gentleman who was doing the urinalysis was extremely nice and patient, even gave me plenty of time to sit and drink water. Process went smoothly and would definitely recommend.
This place is terrible. Appointments are 3 weeks out. If you show up 30 mins before it opens, there is a line of 50 people. Wait times are 5 hours +, its very unpleasant experience and very ghetto.
They were pretty fast just make sure to come early to check in and Maggie was so nice and helpful thank you
