The staff here lacks professionalism. I came in shortly before they closed and instantly received an attitude. Business hours are in place for a reason and as long as it's within those hours then you are on the clock and are to provide customer service until you close your doors. Completely unprofessional. Phlebotomist didn't introduce herself- or even say hi- and wasn't wearing a name tag. Did not invert blood tubes to mix with reagents in tubes after blood draw. Did not bother to put enough tape on the bandage for it to stay on during the act of standing up. Dropped one of the tubes on the floor. Politely reminded her I needed to give her a urine sample. WORST HOURS EVER - They're only open 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and CLOSED for lunch! And they don't bother to answer the phone either. Was forced to go here for a pre-employment drug test and will never go back to a Lab Corp office again - GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
