The absolute worst. I dread coming here every time my doctor gives me a bloodwork scrip. They are extremely understaffed and lack organization. If you go to this facility plan on spending an hour or more for a simple blood draw.
Walked in and there were maybe 2 or 3 people here. I watched 15 people walk in without appointments, be seen, and leave before I was seen. Between each person, they took a good 5 minutes to shoot the breeze with each other instead of doing their job.
If I could give zero stars I would. They won’t allow you to bring kids back and they don’t tell you in advance. They also don’t say it on the kiosk for check in. The lady at the front desk said “it says it in the bulletin board” okay will not online, not on the kiosk….also, what’s the point of the ladies behind the desk if there is this check in kiosk That has you renter the SAME info I had to in order to schedule the appointment in the first place. Yeah don't bother making an appointment and entering your information. They don't acknowledge it and just send you to the electronic kiosk. People are nice enough though.
