Ursula was amazing, I don't enjoy blood draws. She was finished before I noticed

Everything CLEAN... Receptionist at front desk was Kind, Friendly & Professional! Ursula phlebotomist was Excellent! Clean, Friendly, Gentle & Kind!!! Keep up the GREAT Work!
Public Service Announcement This is not in a Prisma facility so it is one of the few offices that cannot access Prisma orders. They do not mention this on their phone message. They currently are not returning phone messages asking that question as they are understaffed. They do want you to rate their awesome checkin system before you complete the checkin.
I came in about 20 minutes early in case I needed to fill out any forms, and they let me take my blood test immediately after signing me in. I think I was out of there and back home before my appointment time even started. The woman who took my blood was probably the best phlebotomist I've had. She was very experienced and personable and the blood draw hardly hurt at all. The staff was very nice, I felt like I was in excellent hands!
