Not sure how the ‘screening’ side of this operation is. However as one who has been coming for years to have an infusion done. These people are as fine as you can get. This is a fantastic work environment to work in. I’m an also sure they are well paid. And the cream of the crop!!
There have been visits bordering on poor service, it has become the worst. Lost orders, no customer service, and wait time is ridiculously long. The voicemail repeats over and over the same message without connecting to a department. Last visit. Sad!
These girls are always friendly and considerate, especially considering they are extremely understaffed. I don’t understand why they aren’t given more help.
After weeks of trying to call this location with a question, multiple voicemails that don’t get returned we decided to just go in person. They had no one working the front desk and only option to check in was a self kiosk. After sitting for over an hour without seeing an employee finally someone came out from the back. Just to tell us we had to come back another day. I’ve given this location several tries and don’t usually leave bad reviews but what a waste of my time. I’ll drive to a Greenville location next time.
This is the worst place to go for Lab work; customer service is horrible. I'm not sure why people work in customer service if they do not have the skills to inform or serve others. If they hate their job, it is not the customer’s fault. They think because they are the only one in town, they have the right to be rude with people. Time is valuable, and you guys love to play with someone else's time. That is evil.
