This is the worst place to go for Lab work; customer service is horrible. I'm not sure why people work in customer service if they do not have the skills to inform or serve others. If they hate their job, it is not the customer’s fault. They think because they are the only one in town, they have the right to be rude with people. Time is valuable, and you guys love to play with someone else's time. That is evil.
Ursula was fantastic!! She took blood without any pain and that is not typical for me. It was very impressive. Thanks Ursula!!!
Went to have blood work done today and was terrified after reading reviews. Let me tell you I was in and out in 5 minutes. Ali was at the desk and she done my blood work. She was fantastic.
Waste your time over mismanagement
I wish people that leave bad reviews actually know what they have to do behind the scenes. 2 people trying to help up to 60 to 70 patients a day, drug screening has set hours, if you don't come between those hours it can't be done, the girls that work their does not make the rules, patients don't tell the part they played in it, they don't tell how they come in demanding to be put ahead of another patient or how the patient will cuzz them out and yes I said it.
