Worst evidence of customer service ever. The girl at the desk didn’t even bother to acknowledge me when I arrived at the window. Just had to sign in and go sit. It took more than 30” to get called BACK to the window to sign some forms and then another 25” to get blood drawn. All for maybe 4 people ahead of us! Ridiculous.
Absolutely the worst service of any lab I've ever been too. They open at 7:30 and I arrived at 7:26 and walked through an "unlocked" door. When I entered I was berated for going into the office and told they weren't open yet (I was 4 MINUTES EARLY!). I said, can I sit for 4 minutes which I was told in a very rude manner, "you can sit out there", pointing to the next waiting room. Both woman were not nice and I was startled by how rude they were.
