Je ne mets que 4 étoiles, car je crois qu'il y a un point important à améliorer : la transparence des prix. En tant que nouvelle cliente, j'étais obligée de prendre une consultation, qui n'a duré qu'une dizaine de minutes. Je m'attendais à ce qu'elle serve à établir un prix précis en fonction de mes cheveux. J'avais pourtant bien mentionné que j'avais beaucoup de repousses. Excellent service ! J’ai vraiment adoré mon expérience. Tout est mis en œuvre pour qu’on se sente bien : toutes les quelques minutes, on me demandait si tout était correct ou si j'avais mal, ce qui est très rassurant. Le résultat final est super, je suis ravi de ma coupe. En plus, j'ai reçu d'excellents conseils à la fin pour bien l'entretenir au quotidien. Franchement, c'était vraiment bien, je recommande !

Horrible, had to get someone else to redo the starter locs. At the consultation I told EXACTLY what type of locs I wanted. After being cancelled on several times I finally get an appointment maybe 2 months after my initial appointment was made. It was the owner and she clearly didn’t read the consultation notes, she had no idea what I wanted. Then she said doing tit would take too long so she is going to do it another method. I trusted her. I don’t remember her name but I came to do a simple retwist but the girl that was doing my hair was on the phone the whole time and wasn’t paying any attention to what she was and ended up putting oil on my face. She also didn’t seem motivated at all.
