Everyone was wonderful! Especially the tech treating my daughter today. She has a lot anxiety and she did fantastic with her.
If I could give this business zero stars I would. They do not honor their contract and try to make you feel you are wrong. I was due a free replacement retainer. Labbe refused to honor it. I spoke with multiple people to lied to cover up their mistake. Once I asked for Dr. Labbe himself, I was told her doesn’t handle finances. His name is on the business but he can’t talk with a patient to fix the wrong his workers are doing. I would not recommend this practice at all. Shop around and do your research.
