First time here: When you arrive park on the street, scan the QR Code with your phone and check in online. Wait for a text message to get a door. Drive to the guard shack. Drive to your assigned door. Open your doors and back into door. Take your paperwork to the office by door #1. Wait for a text message for the lumper fee. Pay lumper fee and go pick up your paperwork. Pretty simple
When you arrive you have to check in online, they information is on the sign. They then text you and you check in with the guard and you are given a door. Took 1.5 hours for 3 pallets. It appears that you can park overnight on the street outside the gate.
