Warning do not use this company for any class action lawsuit they bind you to an agreement and drag cases out for years without any result. I have opened 8 different cases with them and also at the same time with morgan and morgan , peiffer wolf and shamis gentile and Labaton has never paid out, some cases it's been two to three years when I have gotten paid with a month to three months with the other companies I mentioned.
