These guys are wreckless!!!! They nearly ran some young bicyclists off the road in our neighborhood. It was TOTALLY unnecessary as the entire road was wide open. They were confronted by several neighbors who watched this act unfold and when confronted the driver pulled out his iphone and started recording the neighbors???
