They tell you it’s going to take 24 hours and then, the results don’t come in time. When you call support, a recording tells you to wait 72 hours. So this is pretty much useless for travel.

I went there a month ago in downtown Manhattan on Broadway. I never received any results. The assistant didn’t attempt to wear gloves until I told him to do so (his hands were greasy on top of it). No one picked up the phone on the hotline. Don’t go there.
