Never had a problem with the blood stick there. Very professional.
Let’s talk about the incompetence and laziness of this practice. I came in for bloodwork and provided the order. Instead of taking the 10–15 minutes to input the ordering doctor’s information (which could have easily been verified using the NPI number), I was told I had to call my provider and have them rewrite it with their name. Because of this, I had to return the next day, when I was told my information had been updated. When I came back, no one verified anything with me and I was simply sent back for the bloodwork. Trying to call to reschedule an early morning appointment and they haven't even opened their phone lines yet it clearly says our hours are 7 to whatever why wouldn't the phones be on by 7?
