Never had a problem with the blood stick there. Very professional.
Let’s talk about the incompetence and laziness of this practice. I came in for bloodwork and provided the order. Instead of taking the 10–15 minutes to input the ordering doctor’s information (which could have easily been verified using the NPI number), I was told I had to call my provider and have them rewrite it with their name. Because of this, I had to return the next day, when I was told my information had been updated. When I came back, no one verified anything with me and I was simply sent back for the bloodwork.
