friendly staff, short wait.
I was with my daughter who is 17 and was sent for bloodwork. The check in process was all on a kiosk and very efficient. We were called back within 5 minutes and a very kind woman, Dena, took the best care of my daughter. She had to take several vials and my daughter felt faint and weak. Dena took such good care of her and got her feeling better. She went above and beyond, and I was so grateful. Thank you for the extra TLC!
This location is run very inefficiently. The phlebotomist, Ashley, treated me like a car that was having its oil checked. As I was leaving, I had to ask what her name was as she had never Introduced herself. She is not a people person and should not be involved in patient care. The check-in process seems to be different every time I go in there. Piedmont needs to carefully evaluate how this facility is being run. In looking at the responses to previous bad reviews, it is obvious that they just have a standard response. They ... read more

Impersonal, disorganized, staff on personal phones while lines for the kiosks check in became a crowd and as people had obvious technical difficulties with the automated check in system. Seems to be a study in how to make patients feel like a number if not an annoyance. Making an appointment hasn't improved the experience. That simply put me into the same line as walk ins.
