Unprofessional, horrible customer service, very long wait
Lab hours listed as opening at 7:30am. Went there right after working overnight shift expecting to go to lab then make it to another appointment. Have to come back another day as the lab doesn't open until 8am. Had someone tell me it's been 8am for a while now and they should have fixed that by now.
Very slow. 6 people taking #'s when no customers are in the lab. Used to be very efficient and fast with never being backed up.
