The lady who was greeting people in the 2nd floor lobby was extremely rude when I asked for directions to the lab. The lab itself is fine. The two nurses that I have met have been extremely nice and the lady who drew my blood was really good. Didn’t feel anything. The guy isn’t quite as gentle, but is still quite nice. It hasn’t been busy the 4 times I have been there. The ticket number I got from the machine has always been called next. Only waited once so far.
Getu was very nice and calming for my 15 month old son’s 1st blood draw. Masterful technique, thank you!
