Unbelievable wait times. Came in on January 2nd for labs and waited almost THREE HOURS. They used the excuse of “staffing issues” which seems to be becoming more and more common here now. I would have come back another day but had to get my labs done that day as it was a hormonal blood panel that needed to be done on a specific day of my cycle. Was extremely unorganized and the same ticket numbers kept getting called by different lab techs. There only seemed to be 2 people working when there should be 5 or more for the volum... read more
Since being pregnant I have gotten my blood drawn so much! Sabrina who works in the lab, is the absolute best ever. I have very small hard to see veins and she gets it on the first try every single time! She is so nice and professional in her job. She works so quickly and never misses any tests!
Beautiful building...I had a short wait for blood draws. Tech was very friendly and humorous.
