Very friendly and knowledgeable, easy blood draws.
Getting labs was quick and easy, but it's Kaiser, so the results get used as a tool for invalidating and dismissing symptoms and concerns just as often as they are used to diagnose. It's almost like providing healthcare for profit is a baked-in conflict of interest. If Kaiser responds to this review, it will be a more personalized response than any message written in MyChart.
Great service. Welcoming people. But hey, what about some weekend hours for us working folks?
