Great service. Welcoming people. But hey, what about some weekend hours for us working folks?
Kaiser Northgate is my favorite location because the staff are always friendly and kind no matter how busy they are. I feel like my wait time is reasonable and actually enjoy any wait time because I feel it carves out time for me. I was really amazed at how well they managed the COVID crisis. I also believe that the word THRIVE is such an integral part of Kaiser. I thank all the staff that makes this place so special.
They were happy to text me everyday to get a check up. Then no staff tells me I have no insurance with them since July, when I visit in August! I came back in October and that's when I get the news I was uninsured for months. Thanks Kaiser Insurance for all the amazing messages and having a useless id card on you app that mean nothing! #ThisisAmerica #scamartists
My favorite lab to go to and the wait times are usually reasonable. The lab techs are great and professional.
