Every time I can, I go to the Largo lab and see Farah, and she has a smile on her face. Even if she’s not helping me, seeing her servicing other. I never see her without a smile on her face. I have experienced some others. She is a breath of fresh air.
Farah was professional, polite and a calming influence when taking my blood. Also painless!

I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Netta during my recent lab visit. My veins can sometimes be difficult, and although my blood wasn't flowing easily, she was incredibly patient and skillfully maneuvered the needle without repeatedly sticking me or causing unnecessary discomfort.
