Lab tech was really good. Wait time wasn't long.
The tech was gentle and caring and didn't leave my arm black and blue when she drew blood.
Great customer service and support. Excellent lab technicians.
They work very slowly and have visited other Kaisers and have never spent waiting 5 hours for a doctor to see you!
