Excellent customer service the crew treat you like your someone special every visit
Very happy with the Lab at La Palma Kaiser. The phlebotomists are friendly, knowledgeable and kind. You can walk-in or can now schedule a lab appointment online ONLY if your doctor has already put the lab order in. Open M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. I would get there no later than 430 or 4:45pm.
I was trying to get labs drawn for work- literally one reception person. 5:00 PM he turned everyone away 🤣 like uhhh we were all in line 20 minutes before and if you worked a little faster….
Lab opens at 8:15 ever since Covid not 7:30 .
