The phlebotomist was very skillful and polite. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The entire experience was quite pleasant and efficient.

Ms Brenda in Laboratory is absolutely heaven sent. I always have anxiety when its time for blood work. Even after explaining that I always have problems because of small veins, the technician proceeds to not take in consideration of what I said and im stuck in both arms until a suitable vein is found. I leave with bruises everything. Not this time. Without much interaction besides good morning and identifying who I am, I only said that I normally have problems. Ms Debra handled me with great care.
