I called the lab phone number at this address during posted OPEN hours. Wby are Radiology and Lab not available mid afternoon when it is posted as OPEN?
I'm going to be the first one to say that the wait time was unacceptable at this location: I was checked in at 8:40 (10 mins after the lab opens), because I wanted to be checked in quickly and get on with my day, and after 2 hours - TWO hours - when I still wasn't called and several people had gone in and out, I went up to the reception desk and asked how much longer I needed to wait.
