In the past he was great but that all changed today. My wife drove over 45 minutes, closed his shop over 90 minutes early and he knew she was coming. Could hear him inside, tried calling, etc. We won't be using or referring anyone again.
I have read several of the one star revjews and was amazed that these were posted. I have made multiple purchase with Jim to include a custom made wedding set for my wife and my custom wedding band. Many hours and multiple revisions to the setting were made and Jim was VERY accomadating and made it happen. If I could give a zero I would....sales person had absolutely horrible disposition. Went in to ask about an appraisal of my purchase and he said "you bought it, you have a receipt" he was rude and I would NEVER EVER shop there.
Jim is hands down one of the best to ever do it. Started my business with him crafting a custom wedding ring for my wife and all her sub sequential pieces that have followed and mine a decade later. If you want a true master jeweler you can find that here with the service and kindness to match.
Disappointed with My Experience I was excited to design my fiancée’s dream engagement ring, but the process with Lab Grown Diamonds and our jeweler, Jim, was unfortunately very disappointing. My fiancée wanted gemstones (a birthstone) on the sides of her ring, but Jim strongly disagreed, saying that gemstones “can’t take the heat” and insisted on diamonds instead.
