I went there this morning and there is a note on the door saying it it permanently closed. It should have been updated on Google.
They have always been very professional in their work. I may add when they draw blood I have never been bruised or hurt and will always go to them.
Good place to get blood work run but they can be a little slow.
Long wait time, but excellent people working there!
