Every time I go to the lab to get lab work done, they do not send the results to the requesting doctor. Like how hard is it to send the labs where they should. I have to call every time to have them sent.
Walked in at 6am and was done by 6:20am. I know it can’t always be that fast depending on the time you go in but whenever I have gone it does go pretty quick. Everyone was kind, very pleasant, and nice (even that early) lol
I arrived at 6:31am and walked out at 7:07. Upon arriving I was greeted and advised to take a seat and my name would be called, once my name was called I was greeted and checked in face-to-face. After the check in process I was sent directly to the lab where I waited after about 10 minutes, I was called to see the phlebotomist who was professional, friendly and very efficient. Over all, my experience today was much improved from past experiences.
Empty hospital, no line, and already 30 minutes of waiting to get blood drawn. Doesn’t make sense.
