Need more personnel to take blood. Very busy. Wait time too long to draw blood.
Received phone solicitation from them … I said that I was busy and I would appreciate if they would take me off their call list please. I got attitude, called an inappropriate name and treated very unprofessionally. If this is how they are on the phone I would hate to see how they treat you in person !!! I will avoid trying to find out. LabXpress please never ever call me again !
Fast and easy. I didn’t get the phlebotomist name but she got the draw in one!! Even the hospital has a hard time sticking me. I will be getting my A1C draws here from now on!

The male tech working this evening needs to be fired. His lack of customer service is quite frankly alarming. We had a paternity test order and our son couldn’t be done the same day as his father led some policy they have, so we brought him in today. They stated there was a note on the order not to collect. They clicked to another screen and the note said not to collect today… it’s been a week since his dad was tested.
