If you want to completely ruin a head bring your cylinder heads here. Head surface is between 500 and 250Ra(mirco inches) of a finish. Mill marks are very obvious (when it should below a 75ra which is marks direction obvious to machining marks direction blur) & you can catch your fingernail on a bunch of the cut marks even though he says that is fine.
