Staff is rude, no one at the front desk to help answer questions, they ignore the Bell and when they finally got to me they told me they are unable to update my insurance information and that they dont have a contact or anyone to help guide with the process. Lady was busy on her headphones giving one word responses. I asked for a supervisor and she said she doesn't know who her supervisor is and that there is nothing she can do to help.
Incredible service - was in and out of the door within 10 minutes the first time I went, but wait times have gone up quite a lot lately. You’ll usually have to sign in after you enter and the nurses will call you in order. There’s always adequate parking around the building.

Winchester Hospital Russell Hill Building Lab. Elizabeth was so amazing. She sat with my daughter while I was in the restroom, and spoke so kindly to both of us. She clearly knows her stuff. Really pleased with this location. Clean and well-run for a Saturday especially.
Lab was not clean. Staff was rude, unprofessional and incapable. The staff tried 5 times and got small amount of blood. That tube was discarded in the sharps container with NO LABEL. YET I RECEIVED RESULTS THIS MORNING. COMPLETELY ILLEGAL AND SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS
