Winchester Hospital Russell Hill Building Lab. Elizabeth was so amazing. She sat with my daughter while I was in the restroom, and spoke so kindly to both of us. She clearly knows her stuff. Really pleased with this location. Clean and well-run for a Saturday especially.
Lab was not clean. Staff was rude, unprofessional and incapable. The staff tried 5 times and got small amount of blood. That tube was discarded in the sharps container with NO LABEL. YET I RECEIVED RESULTS THIS MORNING. COMPLETELY ILLEGAL AND SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS
New hours 2026. Opens at 7AM Close: 4:30PM M-F
