When they only have one person drawing blood, wait times are excessive. This is my second visit with waits of 1 hour+. Winchester hospital needs to fix its staffing issues. But, to their credit, the phlebotomist (who had a nice chairside manner and was skilled), was staying past the 5 PM closing time (on Friday) to clear the queue. Once I am seen, service is great.
