ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. My 9 month old was going in for routine bloodwork/blood test. The nurse poked my baby's arm with the needle 2-3 times looking for a vein! My daughter was freaking out, obviously. Then the female nurse still couldn't find the vein and proceeded to move the needle every which way, about 5 different directions while under the skin. Horrible and rude!!! Which is the overall consistency of the reviews for this Family Medical Center. It appears the manager in charge has not addressed proper etiquette of social skills. One person saved the day. Kerry. If you need blood drawn choose her. Nice and kind.

Hours of operation as of June 2024. Plan accordingly. Convenient location but staff can use some customer service training
You guys should update your hours of services, is is not open until 8 pm on Saturday , I drove for nothing
