I went there for the first time to get my bloodwork done. I walked in and there was only one person in there. I only seen one worker, she was on the phone taking care of something for a patient. I stood at the desk waiting to sign in until she said have a seat and I will get you in a minute. About a minute later, she is done on the phone and calls me to get my bloodwork done. I walked in, and no one was there to greet patients or tell us where to go and what to do. Finally, I asked one of the other patients in the waiting room and he said that he just got the attention of a lady in another room. The lady who took my blood, never made eye contact with me and was just rude. She was, however, talking back-and-forth with another employee somewhere else in the building in another room. Techs seem to be too busy talking to take care of me. No one else here yet I'm sitting here waiting. Tech seems totally inept. Needed help to run copier. Told me I would have to pay for my blood draws but covered by insurance. I left to go elsewhere
