I’m not sure why they have such mixed reviews. I had a great experience. Making an appointment online was very quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
I've been going to labcorp for many years but today the lady taking my blood really hurt me until I got sick
My blood tech was great .my apt was great. Really sad that only one person works the whole office at least 5 people walked out while I was waiting someone to manage the desk should not be the person drawing blood its too much and the patients pay with a lot of their their time is wasted. Need to change this bad for business. Lots of unhappy people. that
Had labs done after doctors appointment. Technician entered wrong insurance. Labcorp hounded and threatened collections to me over a bill. Had to contact the VA to take care of it.
Very poor service and unprofessional I was stuck twice one lab corp station said I had to go to the other lab corp bldg they couldn’t do both orders at one places and I had made a payment on my bill yesterday and the couldn’t see me today unless a I made another payment before having blood drawbridge
