Touch screen checkin was user friendly and very easy. The blood draw was painless and fast, but I was the only patient there at the time. That might be because the Lake Cumberland Medical Associates Lab gave me entirely wrong directions. They directed me to the SOUTH side of Med Park next to the Imaging Center, which is completely wrong. Labcorp is in the same group of offices as Lake Cumberland Urology, in the NORTH side of Med Park.
It's easy to sign in, quick and to the point. Less than 5 minute wait.
Small office, Jason does a fantastic job. Even when working solo he gets it done. 5 stars for me... Never a long wait - even when busy.
