I am a mobile phlebotomist. I use this lab frequently to drop off specimens, rather than go to Okc. I usually deal will A or T. Today I dropped off my specimen with Jennifer. She falsely reported that my specimen had not been refrigerated over the weekend!!! I am very diligent and take pride in my work. I do not take kindly to falsely reports. I haven’t always had the best experience at labs, but this experience was different. The employees were kind, helpful and efficient. The lobby, restrooms and patient rooms were clean. The check-in kiosks were easy to use. I was in and out of there quickly and happy with my experience!
