They don't have the best operation going on for this place. You make an appt yet still wait 30 min. The waiting room is not designed to have 20 people or so and the man behind the front door is about as friendly as an alligator. Go elsewhere if you can. Also they only employ one person performing all the labs, hence the wait.
Where do I start? This was my first time at the lab. I arrived at the location at 9:35 am and walked into an overcrowded waiting area of 15 people both sitting and standing. As I stood in-line, I listened to the disgruntled comments being made by those in wait (ahead of me), some had been waiting for an hour or more, while a few others were returning to be seen from the day before because they were turned away. Always feels so unwelcoming when you go in. The person at the front desk looks at you like you’re dumb if you have a question about something. When you work ANYWHERE in the Medical field you need some compassion for people.
We brought our 5 year old who is autistic. They were amazing with him. Got the blood the first time and very quickly. I would definitely recommend this location.
