Severely understaffed.. waited in plain sited, cked in, was told that they didn't have a record of my cking in after my appointment past. You'd be better off to drive an hour out of your way and go elsewhere.
After terminating the crew of 2024, this is now a excellent lab!
Went through 15 minutes of bullshit to set up an account to be asked to download a form to identify myself. I'm pissed!!!
Overall, it's a great place. My brother gets his bloodwork done every month there for a medication he is on. 2 months ago the Alabama lab messed up and they took my brother the next day right away. They were closed for renovations, which I wasn't aware of, but that's not the decision of the people who work there. I appreciate Tammy and Chenee(Sorry for any misspellings).
Never! One star because I had to. I showed up, for an appointment to find a note on the door. So I called to see if I could schedule somewhere else. After a whole ordeal, I was told they were not closed to please go back. So I did. The note was gone, but the door was locked. Tammy came to the door and let me know they were supposed to be open but due to being messy from renovations they were not. There was boards against a wall.
