Labcorp’s billing dept. is incompetent. They 1st billed an insurance company that I hadn’t had for 6 yrs. Then billed Medicare correctly and were paid. Now they are trying to bill me for the amount Medicare didn’t pay however Medicare says I shouldn’t pay it because it was settled completely with Labcorp. Today Labcorp threatened to send it for collection. It’s a scam, they can’t collect what Medicare settled with them.
Making an appointment on line was easy. Both the front desk intake person and the phlebotomist were friendly, professional and competent. I'll definitely return for all future blood draws.
I think everyone should go elsewhere for lab tests. My phlebotimist was great however when copying my orders the copy machine put a line through one test. I assured the tech the test was.ordered and showed her the order on my phone. When i returned the test their sign in portals were down so i signed in on their pad of paper. I handed the clerk the test with another copy of the order and left. I just walk in without appointment and wait sometimes not long at all. The people who work there are angels they must be as they put me at ease and next I am walking out and you can retrieve your results online after as they send email!! I am so glad this company is in Green Valley very glad. Green Valley for me has all my medical needs in this wonderful city.
I always walk in and in no time a very pleasant blood taker operator takes me to work area and viola smile and walking out!! Painless easy and happy people!!
