This place makes you put down a credit crd before services. She said it's just a deposit for your copay. End up charging my CC 104 Dollars with no explanation of benefits. Not a fan of this business practice.

I was a walk-in. It took 1.5 hours for them to call my name(after I finally said something). I watched 6 ppl go ahead of me who had come in 30-60 mins after I did. An apology would have been nice but, of course, they don't feel the need. And I agree with others that employees lack effort in instruction. The place is incompetent. To top it off, I picked up a skin virus from sitting in a waiting room chair. I'll NEVER come back to this Labcorp.

Had an 11:15am appointment there this morning. Arrived 10 min early. Standing room only so crowded mostly walk ins. At 11:30am asked when I would be seen. At 11:45am asked the same. The waiting area cleared at noon I was the only one left. They took all walk ins first

Poor communication. Rude employees seem like they have better things to do. No instructions when there definitely should have been. No label placed on urine sample. Weird choice of cup that didn't seem to seal very well. Very strange protocol with that whole process. . I will say the phlebotimist was one of the most efficient and competent people I've had draw my blood.

Very efficient. Checked in on my phone while waiting in my car and received a text once the tech was ready to see me. Staff could have been friendlier.
