Si pudiera darle cero estrella fuera la opción correcta. Todos los pacientes centrados esperando su turno desde las 6 am y eran las 6:45 am y no habían llamado ni al primero . Laboratoristas conversando como si estuvieran en sus casas y una de ellas llegó a las 6:21 am con el teléfono en la mano conversando como si nada . No lo recomiendo!!!!! Abren a las 6 am por gusto . Pérdida de tiempo y para nada profesionales.
I called almost an hour before I got there to be sure they would be available when I arrived at 10:45 on a Saturday morning. I left a message with my phone number to let them know I was coming and asked if they would call back if not available. I got there at 10:45 and was turned away. I asked about my phone message and she said she was just about to check messages. Don’t tell me you are open until 11 if you aren’t taking new customers at 10:45. She was also not very nice about the interaction.
Unfortunately regardless of my review people will still go here because of course everyone needs to do Labs. I’ve been to so many Lab-corp’s in Tampa and I’ve never been treated with nasty attitude but this one here takes the cake. They are miserably working here and supposedly under staffed so they got big attitude. I have only been here a few times due to living 5minutes away. I will travel a little farther away to be treated with decency and plus who wants someone miserable withdrawing their blood?
This location is pure trash and should be shut down! Not only are they rude and unprofessional but they will put you in situations that are life threatening! They give you wrong info and test and will try to charge you wrong fees. Just drive further and save yourself!
I have been to this Labcorp location 3 times, and each experience has been pleasant.
