Asked what the walk in wait time was and they said 30 minutes. 1 hour 45 mins later, they said it was going to be at least 1 more hour. When I got called 45 minutes later, I was informed they dont take my insurance. The insurance is partially my issue. Avoid this location at all costs, but no issues with LabCorp in the past.
The doors were closed and locked more than 15min prior to their listed hours.
Absolutely unacceptable. I had an appointment at 11:45 AM and wasn't called for over an hour. What's the point of scheduling appointments if patients are left sitting and waiting indefinitely? Not a single update or apology was provided during the entire wait. When I asked about the delay, the front desk lady was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude.
