I am so grateful to Deanna for being so compassionate and empathetic to not just me but to all the patients that went up to the desk. She is a perfect example for all healthcare employees! She's the kind of person that belongs in this field, if you want to be treated correctly I suggest you come to this location and she needs a raise! Wow just amazing service!
In my personal experience, I came in on a Friday afternoon and was seen within 15 minutes (I was a walk-in and there were 5 other people also waiting). I had a great experience with the nurse who drew my blood as well. I also observed customers who were giving the front desk a hard time simply because they didn’t want to utilize the check-in machines, but rather bombard the front desk associates.
