Was taken back 20 mins after my start but the tech was kind.
Not enough employees working there now, had only 2. I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour. When you've been fasting, you be ready for some food. Others without an appointment were falling asleep, just looking up at that screen watching other people come ahead of them. This needs to improve immediately. I want my insurance company to let us go back to my PCP Office for labs.
This place is a waste of time. Spend my whole lunch break there up to the time I had a 12:15 appointment. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.
This place is awful !!!!! They don’t know how to communicate or anything
