I Needed To Complete Two Labs Different Doctors. Labcorp Is Currently Remodeling or Updating 2 Locations In Tampa. After Serious Issues 2x At a Different Location. I Called This Brandon Location And Dee Answered The Phone She Was Informative And Professional. I Was Told If I Was There At 6 A.M. I Would Be Seen. I Waited Less Than 10 Minutes And Was Called By The Same Dee I Spoke With On The Phone The Day Earlier. Blood Was Drawn And Urine Was Collected. I Was Done In 10 Minutes. Website says walk is welcome, come in at your convenience, well this is a lie. Got there at 9:15 the lady at the desk said for walk ins you need to be there at 6am and I was turned away. None of this is posted on website. She said well the website is not updated. How is that my fault exactly? You should honor that. Patients greatly inconvenienced because of this. Seems you're just not wanting to do your job. My office would never turn a walk in away even though we are only by appt.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Labcorp for bloodwork. I arrived before 8 a.m. to check in, expecting to be seen in a timely manner. However, I ended up waiting for 4 hours, and they still hadn’t called me for my appointment. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked for any updates. It was disappointing to receive such poor service, and I will be reconsidering using this lab in the future.

Today I had to have some tests done. I came to this place without an appointment because I had already done it once. I check in and sit down to wait. After waiting for 2 hours, a worker from the place came out and said that they were not going to serve us because they no longer serve people without an appointment.😡 My question is why didn't they tell me that when I arrived? I am a diabetic person and I had to fast for those tests. It is a lack of respect and consideration for people.
