I noticed some bad reviews for here but everyone was super polite and respectful. My tech was Shaunita (hope I'm spelling that right) she took my preference for the top of my hand in account and was really courteous and respectful. I got in quick despite there being a good number of people waiting and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Gotta say I don't see why there are so many negative reviews. I will be coming back here in the future.
I had an appointment for 730, I came in at 720. The woman at the front did not know what she was doing. She processed everyone in the order they came in. My order was for STAT and originally she did not put that in. When I went up at 810 to inquire about my appointment, I verified the STAT order. Had I not done that it wasn't flagged as such. I also verified that it would be processed as STAT when I got my blood drawn. I was told yes it will. Guess what.... It was not processed as STAT. I would much rather drive 30mins out o... read more
Thankfully I was here on behalf of an elderly and not myself. However, if you need assistance help or information be ready for an attitude, rude condescending behavior and a mentally exhausting 'run-around'.
