12 patients at waiting room...temperature in room.85 degrees,,,.Very Slow as well.. patients with No Appointments being called before ones with Appointments... Total Cluster !
Check-in staff members are inept. Walk-ins are prioritized over appointments. Waited more than an hour for a scheduled appointment. Avoid this location.
The customer service and medical staff were excellent! UPD: but sometimes they are not..
I went around 10 days ago. The front desk ladies were nice but the lab tech was horrible. She looked and acted like she didn’t want to be there and annoyed. As soon as she pinched me I felt a horrible pressure and pain on my arm and my hand started shaking. I was very nervous and told her something was wrong but she did nothing so I moved my arm so she finally took the needle out. She was again extremely annoyed and rolling her eyes. Avoid this location. Both Receptionists here inept. One’s old and rude, kept leaving the desk to talk to the other people working there in back. She was rude to me even when I walked in. while the other one is too busy laughing and not even trying to do her job.
