Complaint Regarding Labcorp Greenbrier Location – Denial of Service & Unprofessional Conduct I am writing to file a formal complaint about an unacceptable experience at the Labcorp location in Greenbrier on Monday morning, December 1st. First time visiting this location. Nobody was at the desk so when I saw an employee I asked if I could ask a question. She closed the door in my face. I will not use this location again. They were rude. Update. I did utilize this facility recently and they were excellent. My first visit there were people waiting outside the office. Extremely busy and I suspect the staff was overwhelmed.
I'm there once a month and never had nothing but great service.
Ok my 17 year old daughter was scheduled for a drug screening and was met with a employee that needs training asap on how to be professional and courteous. Lakischa Lawrence is her name and I am appalled when you pay for a service it shouldn't be accompanied with a nasty attitude. I wouldn't advise anyone to patronize this location until they improve the staff.
Very disrespectful staff members.
