I’ve been to this location once for myself, and twice for my son. Today, we had a great experience. V was amazing and so kind!
I took my son in for fasting labs and we were walk-ins. When we got there the waiting room was full and there wasn't anyplace to sit so we stood in the middle for awhile then found somewhere to the side to stand. The lady at the desk rudely told us that we couldn't stand there and sent us out to the hallway, which wasn't heated. After reading the reviews for this place, I had low expectations. On 12/19/25, I attempted to schedule an appointment online but the site indicated no available appointments until January. I really was hoping to get lab results well before New Year's so I decided to chance a Saturday walk-in on the 20th. I arrived at 10:05 a.m., intentionally trying to a bit of the morning rush. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. I walked in without an appt at 730a, and was out in about 40min. It was pretty busy. I also watched a customer/patient immediately get impatient with the front desk upon seeing the busy waiting room... The front desk agreed to work with her since she was afraid of being late for work, but she was just so hostile with the employees.
