Was a walk in, waited over two hours
First time here for labs for annual physical with an appt. Check-in at the kiosk was easy; an additional check-in was required at the window. While crowded with many walk-ins, the staff prioritized those with an appt for the additional check-in and labs, which was nice. Our technician, Carlos, was awesome and meticulous. Will use this facility again in the future.
I had such a great experience. The staff and the specialists did great. I just want to say thank you to Ms. Janneth B, she was very helpful during my entire visit. I really appreciated the time and effort she took into assisting myself and my family!
I had an appointment yet I still waited for over 40 minutes. When I walked up to the desk they didn’t even have record of my appointment and had to process all of my paperwork. Even the doctor said “You’re still here?”
Every time I go here, the front desk lady Mai misleads by claiming we are required to sign paperwork and pay past balances before we can be seen. This is not labcorp policy. After waiting an hour in line, this is what I was told when it was my turn. Hopefully this 1 star will spur an internal review of these shady practices.
