I had a great experience at Labcorp in Fairfax thanks to an amazing staff member named Mai. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was a little nervous about the blood test, but Mai noticed and kindly asked the phlebotomist to be gentle with me — and she really was! I barely felt a thing. Favorite labcorp location Often crowded but usually doesn’t take that long Sometimes there is a line before they open in the morning They let me drop off a specimen without waiting for my name to be called which was nice of them. Often at other locations without an appointment you have to sit there for an hour just to hand them a specimen that only takes about 30 seconds
I was a walk-in. I waited longer than 2 1/2 hours after siging in. When finally getting there they said they had to call my doctor. I told them take what you can because I won't be back. They couldn't even do the whole routine blood work. They book more patients then they could handle at a given time. Like 5 people at 2:30. If you can't do walk-in then don't do them. One lady with an appointment was waiting as long as me and the time past then they canceled her appointment because it was past her time!!!She said several time... read more
Made a last minute appointment and thank goodness because the place was packed during lunch. Everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to DREW!!! He was EXCELLENT!! I literally didn't even know he put the needle in. I let him know I have major needle phobia and he said he'd make my day..HE DID!!!
