Shuts down early than hours posted. Worse customer service.
Went in for lab work on a Saturday and was a bit nervous from past experience (not at this location) they were busy and the waiting room was packed but check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was super nice as well as the phlebotomist, great experience!
Mai should be fired immediately! I'm filing a formal complaint. I had to call Inova who said this center was being difficult. They assure me that Labcorp has my order even though this crazy Mai refused.
I loved how mai did my blood test very good after the other worker messed up twice. Thank you mai.
